Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Credits
Jagged Tools operates on a prepaid balance model. When you add funds to your account, those funds are available immediately for use with the Service.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund of unused credits under the following conditions:
- Unused balance: If you have not used any credits from a top-up, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Partial balance: If you have used some credits, you may request a refund of the remaining unused portion within 30 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits that have been used for API requests (the service was delivered as intended).
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@jagged.tools with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and the approximate date of the transaction.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
- Stripe processing fees from the original transaction are non-refundable (this is a Stripe policy, not ours).
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback (dispute) through your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we aim to resolve all billing issues promptly.
